Who I am

I am Fede Martrat, the managing partner (chair) of ActitudPro, a company that has more than 12 years of recognized experience in the area of commercial excellence with offices in Barcelona and Madrid, and an academic collaborator of ESADE in the area of sales excellence.

I have worked, or currently work, for companies such as BASF, Mini, Alcon, La Caixa, Henkel, and Roca, and I have published several books related to sales excellence.

Since the beginning of the year 2000, I have been interested in discovering and investigating how to make people become more proactive, dynamic, motivated, and committed to their work.

I have also been motivated by learning how organizations must become more effective to achieve better commercial results and be commercially excellent.

In addition to my work as a consultant and speaker, I am a regular conference speaker in companies and institutions and an academic collaborator at ESADE.
